A: Once you book a session, find and open your booking from ‘Bookings’ page and click on ‘Join Meeting’ link.
Q: Do I need a Zoom account to join a session?
A: No, you can join as a guest via the link provided.
d. Cancellations & Refunds
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
A: Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your session from your account dashboard before the session starts.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Refunds are subject to the astrologer’s cancellation policy. Please check individual astrologer profiles for details.
