By registering, accessing, or using AstroHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AstroHub. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during account registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Services Provided
AstroHub connects users with astrologers for online consultations. We do not provide astrology services directly but facilitate interactions between clients and astrologers.
5. Payment & Fees
- Users agree to pay all fees associated with booked astrology sessions.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
- AstroHub may charge service fees, which will be disclosed before payment.
- Refund policies are subject to the terms agreed upon with the astrologer.
6. User Responsibilities
- Users must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and ethical conduct.
- Any misuse, harassment, fraud, or illegal activities will result in account suspension or legal action.
- Users must not post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
7. Astrologer Responsibilities
- Astrologers must provide services professionally and ethically.
- AstroHub does not guarantee accuracy or results from astrology sessions.
- Astrologers are responsible for setting their own rates and availability.
8. Zoom Integration
AstroHub integrates with Zoom to facilitate astrology consultations.
- When booking a session, users agree to use Zoom for communication.
- AstroHub does not record or store Zoom meetings.
- Users must comply with Zoom’s Terms of Service when using the platform.
9. Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of the platform
- Legal requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
- AstroHub provides a platform to connect users with astrologers but does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of astrology services.
- We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from consultations.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AstroHub harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation before legal action.
- Jurisdiction and governing law shall be United Kingdom.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of AstroHub constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
